Commercial model
A defined project budget for software and capability transfer.
We agree a defined project budget and delivery envelope. It covers architecture, lead development, guided implementation, review and capability transfer. Internally, that budget is managed through an agreed hourly allocation.
Serious operational platform
£40k–£75kA substantial live system with multiple workflows, users and business integrations.
Complex multi-module system

Final pricing depends on system complexity, integrations, AI requirements, security, the participant’s starting point and the target capability level.

A collaborative delivery model requires specific conditions to succeed. We must align on the participant profile and the business commitments before commencing.
The Ideal Participant
The participant does not have to be the most technical employee. The strongest candidates understand the business deeply, think systematically, communicate clearly and are comfortable taking responsibility.

Business Commitments
The nominated participant needs protected time to take part in discovery, delivery and review. The minimum expected commitment is one to two days each week, depending on scope and target capability. A Level 3 outcome may require more.

Decide how far the handover should go.
Before delivery begins, we assess the participant, the application and the company’s long-term needs. A director then agrees the capability level we are working towards. This decision shapes the project scope, transfer depth, delivery budget and continuing support.
Manager Level
For someone who needs to manage an AI-assisted software project, make informed decisions and coordinate users, suppliers and delivery priorities.

We prepare the project environment with the participant, introduce Replit and establish how source code, requirements, access, infrastructure and delivery will be managed.
Lead Architect Builds
AI Architect establishes the application foundations and builds key elements. The staff member follows the decisions, contributes context and learns through explanation, observation and guided participation.
Staff Member Builds Modules
The participant takes responsibility for selected modules and features. AI Architect provides guidance, reviews the work, explains risks and helps resolve issues without taking ownership away from them.
Gradual Handover
The staff member leads an increasing share of delivery, including publishing to the server and operating the technical setup at the agreed capability level. Source code and system ownership transfer to the buyer while AI Architect moves into the agreed support role.
